I was with USAA for banking since 2013, but was considering switching banks in mid-2023. There's nothing *wrong* with USAA's banking platform - solid bank, but not much in incentives to stay there. Interest rate sucks (like it does with most brick & mortars), no great features, etc. I checked Ally and then heard about SoFi.

The UX is quite nice, my only complaint is no dark mode in Banking, but I’m sure that will trickle in someday. I did receive my $250 bonus for setting up dd of 5k+, that was a nice surprise.
Seeing as it's purely online banking, I'm imagining I'd need to use ATMs for pulling cash from EverBank which may limit the total withdrawals I can make at a given time, unless they operate like a CU and work in a shared network with physical banks?
